This Video started with my boss, Jed Burdick, throwing me a challenge. He gave me one week to whip up a video and prove I could be a director of photography. In reality, this was made on a weekend. In the days leading up to making this, I juggled the demand of working on set for Votary Films and finding a subject. Thankfully, four days before my deadline my friend Kane Steinbrecher volunteered to tell his story.

My journey in video work was truly sparked by this college documentary project. Assigned during my second year, it brilliantly highlighted how I could blend my passion for storytelling and imagery. This realization has since driven my ongoing pursuit of creative videography.
